Spicy Thai Chicken Skewers
A flavorful and spicy dish inspired by the flavors of Thailand, featuring marinated chicken skewers grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β500g Chicken breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tbsp Yellow curry pasteor to taste
- β1 tbsp Fish sauceoptional
- β1 tbsp Soy sauceoptional
- β1 tbsp Honeyoptional
- β1/4 cup Thai basilchopped
- β1 tsp Red pepper flakesor to taste
- β2 tbsp Lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tbsp Olive oilfor grilling

In a large bowl, whisk together curry paste, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes. Add the chicken pieces and mix until well coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread 4-5 pieces of marinated chicken onto each skewer.

Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
