Crisp Tunisian Vegetable Tagine

- ●2 medium Crisp Carrot
- ●4 cups Tunisian Vegetable Broth
- ●2 tsp Tagine Spice Blend
- ●1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- ●1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions

Heat oil in the bottom of a clay tagine or large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped carrot and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes.

Add the vegetable broth, tagine spice blend, and crushed red pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
