Uruguayan Beef Skewers
A classic Uruguayan dish featuring marinated beef skewers grilled to perfection. Serve with chimichurri sauce for an authentic touch.
Ingredients
- β500g Uruguayan beefCut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 medium yellowed onionChopped
- β3 cloves dense garlicMinced

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, and ground cumin.

Add the chopped yellowed onion and minced garlic to the marinade mixture. Stir to combine.
