Filipino-Style Grilled Duck Skewers
A delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of the Philippines with the simplicity of grilled duck skewers.
Ingredients
- β4-6 Duck legs
- β1 large Yellowed onionchopped
- β12-16 Filipino skewers (bamboo or metal)
- βenough to coat Marinade (see below)
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Fish sauce (optional)optional

1. In a blender or food processor, combine 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce (if using), and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of chopped yellowed onion to the blender and blend until smooth.

3. Cut the duck legs into 1-inch pieces and add them to the marinade.

4. Thread the marinated duck pieces onto the Filipino skewers.

5. Brush the grill with olive oil and preheat to medium-high heat.

6. Grill the duck skewers for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and a side of steamed rice.
