Cheesy Frittata
A simple, comforting breakfast dish made with eggs, cheese, and a hint of norwegian flavor.
Ingredients

- β1 cup shredded golden cheese
- β1 tsp, dried norwegiandried norwegian spice mix
- β1 medium, diced yellowed onion
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.

Add the shredded cheese and dried norwegian spice mix to the bowl and stir to combine.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked onion in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set.
