- β2 tablespoons Yellow curry paste
- β1 can (400ml) Velvety coconut milk
- β2 tablespoons Malaysian fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
