Croatian Haggis Stew
A hearty, flavorful stew that combines the rich taste of haggis with the spices of Croatia. This dish is perfect for a cold winter's day.
Ingredients

- β2 large Yellow Potatoespeeled and diced

- β2 tablespoons Croatian Paprikasmoked
- β1 teaspoon Saltto taste
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepperto taste

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onions and cook until they are translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the crumbled haggis and cook until it is browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the diced potatoes, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
