Maple Canadian Wrap
A sweet and savory wrap filled with the flavors of Canada. This recipe is perfect for a quick snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- β2 tbsp Maple syrup
- β1 Canadian wraplarge flour tortilla
- β4 tbsp Yummy hummus
- β1 cup Lettuceshredded
- β1 cup Tomatoessliced
- β1/2 cup Cucumbersliced
Instructions

Preheat a pan or griddle to medium heat.

Lay the Canadian wrap flat and spread 2 tbsp of yummy hummus down the center.

Add 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce, 1 cup of sliced tomatoes, and 1/2 cup of sliced cucumber on top of the hummus.

Drizzle 2 tbsp of maple syrup over the vegetables.

Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.

Cook the wrap in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, until it's crispy and golden brown.
