Argentinian Pork Knuckle
A slow-cooked pork knuckle dish inspired by Argentinian cuisine, ideal for a hearty meal.

- ●1 cup cookedaromatic onions

Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).

Season the pork knuckle with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, chimichurri sauce, oregano, and minced garlic.

Rub the mixture all over the pork knuckle, ensuring it's evenly coated.

Place the pork knuckle in a roasting pan and put it in the oven.

Roast for 2 1/2 hours or until the meat is tender and easily shredded with a fork.

While the pork is cooking, sauté the aromatic onions in a pan with a bit of oil until they're soft and translucent.
