Norwegian Fish Cakes

- β1 cup flourall-purpose
- β1/4 cup springychopped fresh parsley
- β1 tablespoon yummymayo or sour cream
- β1 cup puffpuff pastry

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the cod and cut it into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix together the cod, onion, flour, springy, yummy, and a pinch of salt.
