Grilled Chicken A la Brasa
A classic Peruvian-style grilled chicken dish, marinated in zesty flavors.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup olive oil
- ●2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ●2 tablespoons lime juice
- ●4 cloves garlic
- ●2 teaspoons cumin
- ●1 teaspoon coriander
- ●1 teaspoon salt
- ●1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- ●2 ají amarillo pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a blender or food processor, combine soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, and ají amarillo peppers. Blend until smooth.

Place the chicken in a large zip-top plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and seal or cover.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
