Thai Beef Larb
A spicy and sour Thai dish made with beef, herbs, and chilies. Serve with steamed rice for a flavorful meal.

Ingredients
- β250g Beef (sirloin or ribeye)thinly sliced
- β2-3 Thai chiliesdepending on desired spiciness
- β2 tbsp Zesty lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup Roasted peanutschopped
- β1/4 cup Thai basilchopped
- β1 tbsp Fish sauceadjust to taste
- β1 tsp Brown sugaroptional
- β1 tsp Larb spice mixadjust to taste

1. In a large bowl, combine sliced beef, Thai chilies, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, and larb spice mix. Mix well to combine.

2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

3. Just before serving, stir in chopped peanuts and Thai basil.

4. Serve the larb beef mixture over steamed rice, garnished with additional Thai basil and peanuts if desired.
