Ackee and Umami Bliss Fritters
A Caribbean-inspired breakfast dish made with ackee, umami, and bliss. Perfect for a gluten-free meal.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Ackee
- β2 tbsp Umami
- β1 cup Bliss (coconut milk)
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 Eggs
- β1 cup Gluten-free flour
- β1 tsp Baking powder

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a bowl, mix together the ackee, umami, bliss, salt, and black pepper.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and gluten-free flour.

Add the baking powder to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

Pour the egg mixture into the ackee mixture and stir until just combined.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the mixture into balls and flatten slightly.

Place the fritters on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
