- β2 tsp (umami paste or powder) umami
- β1/2 cup (coconut milk) bliss
- β2 cups Basmati rice
- β2 tbsp ghee
- β1 tsp cumin seeds
- β1 tsp coriander powder
- β1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- βto taste salt
- βfor garnish chopped cilantro

Instructions

Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Once the seeds start crackling, add coriander powder and turmeric powder. Cook for 1 minute.

Add Basmati rice and cook until it's lightly toasted.
