Tart Pineapple Indian Chicken Tikka
A twist on the classic Indian dish, with a tangy pineapple twist. Perfect for adventurous eaters!
Ingredients

- β250ml pineapple juice
- β200g yogurtplain, full-fat
- β150g tart jam
- β2 tsp garam masala
- β1 tsp cumin powder
- β1 tsp coriander powder
- β1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- β1 tsp salt
- β2 tbsp lemon juice

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.

Add the chicken to the marinade and mix until coated.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
