French Smoked Black Pudding Namul

- β4 oz French Smoked Black Puddingsliced
- β1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Chives
- β2 tsp GochujangKorean chili paste
- β1 tsp Sesame Oil
- β1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- βto taste Salt

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine namul, black pudding, black sesame seeds, chopped chives, gochujang, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and salt.

2. Toss the ingredients together until the namul is evenly coated with the seasonings.
