Smoky Korean Black Pudding Namul Salad
A twist on traditional Thai salads, this dish combines smoky black pudding with spicy Korean flavors and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Namul (Korean Spinach)
- β1 cup, thinly sliced Red Cabbage
- β1/2 cup, peeled and grated Carrot
- β1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro
- β1 tsp Chili Flakes
- β2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β1 tsp Sesame Oil

Cook the black pudding according to package instructions, slicing into thin strips.

In a separate pan, toast the sesame oil over medium-low heat.

Add the sliced red cabbage, grated carrot, and chopped cilantro to the pan, stirring to combine.
