Chicken Tagine with Aromatic Spices

Ingredients

- β1 teaspoon aromatic spicesmix of cumin, coriander, and paprika
- β1/2 teaspoon egyptian cumin
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
