Baked Mediterranean Cod with Pilaf

- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

Place cod fillets on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
