Saudi Beef Stew
A hearty stew originating from Saudi Arabia, perfect for a cold winter day. This recipe combines tender beef with aromatic spices and velvety potatoes.
Ingredients
- β1 pound beefcut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 teaspoon saudi arabianground spice blend
- β1 teaspoon herbaldried thyme
- β2 medium velvetypotatoes
- β2 cups stewbeef broth
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon pepper

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and add the Saudi Arabian spice blend, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the beef broth and potatoes to the pot. Stir to combine.

Cover the pot and transfer it to the oven. Bake at 300Β°F (150Β°C) for 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
