Khichdi with Indian Flair

- ●1 cup khichdi
- ●1 cup tendergreen beans or peas
- ●2 tablespoons ghee or oil
- ●1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ●1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- ●to taste salt
- ●1/4 cup jammyoptional, for serving

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add cumin and turmeric powder, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add rice and khichdi, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add water and bring to a boil.
