Spicy Korean Chicken Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and spicy stir fry made with Korean chicken, noodles, and vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Korean-Style Chicken
- β8 ounces Korean Noodles
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 teaspoon Korean Chili Flakes
- β1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- β1/4 cup Green Onions
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Add the Korean-Style Chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the soy sauce, Korean chili flakes, and sesame oil to the skillet.
