Smoked Chicken Pilaf
A French-inspired dish featuring smoked chicken, potatoes, and pilaf, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 teaspoon Lightly Smoked Paprika
- β1 teaspoon Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- β2 large Potatoespeeled and cubed
- β1 cup Pilafcooked according to package instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the smoked chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the smoked paprika and Jamaican jerk seasoning to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the cubed potatoes to the skillet and cook until they begin to brown, about 5 minutes.
