Smoked Slovakian Keto Sausage Bakes
A keto twist on traditional Slovakian sausage bakes, featuring long, smoked Slovakian sausages and a side of vanilla-flavored cauliflower.

- β1 head Cauliflowervanilla flavoring and butter will be added later
- β2 tablespoons Butterunsalted
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla Extracthigh-quality extract
- β1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powderto taste
- β1/2 teaspoon Saltto taste
- β1/4 teaspoon Black Pepperto taste
- β1 cup Bakealmond flour or coconut flour

2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place on a baking sheet.

3. Drizzle the cauliflower with butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

4. Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.

5. Meanwhile, slice the smoked Slovakian sausages into 1-inch pieces.

6. In a large skillet, cook the sausage pieces over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

7. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

8. Add the vanilla extract to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

9. Sprinkle the bake into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
