Mediterranean Melted Cheese Casserole
A delicious and easy-to-make casserole that combines the flavors of the Mediterranean with melted cheese.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheeseshredded
- β1/2 cup Feta cheesecrumbled
- β2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- βthawed 1 package of puff pastry

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a baking dish.

Spread the tomato paste over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato paste.

Top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley.
