- β1/4 cup Perilla seedsavailable at most health food stores
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor toasting bread
- β1/2 cup Confithomemade or store-bought
- βto taste Saltpreferably sea salt
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped for garnish
