Beef Birria Chinese Tacos
A fusion twist on traditional Chinese and Mexican dishes. This recipe combines the tender beef of birria with the flavors and textures of Chinese cuisine.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- β1 tablespoon Ginger (grated)
- β3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β1 cup Beef broth
- β1/4 cup OozyMexican oaxaca cheese
- β8-10 Tortillas

In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the beef and cook until browned, then add the soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth.
