Turkish-Style Masarepa Flatbread
A traditional Turkish flatbread made with masarepa, roasted to perfection in the oven. Perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup water
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- β1 piece (for serving) flatbread

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the masarepa, water, olive oil, salt, and yeast. Mix well to form a dough.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough on a floured surface and shape it into a ball.

Roll out the dough into a thin circle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast the flatbread in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until it's golden brown and crispy.
