Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza
A delicious flatbread pizza topped with mediterranean flavors. Perfect as a snack or light dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 piece (8 inch/20 cm in diameter) Flatbread
- β1/4 cup (60 ml) Pizza sauce
- β1/2 cup (120 g) Mozzarella cheese
- β1/4 cup (30 g) Pickled red onion
- β1/4 cup (30 g) Olives
- β1/4 cup (30 g) Artichoke hearts

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Roll out the flatbread to a thickness of 1/4 inch (6 mm).

Spread the pizza sauce over the flatbread, leaving a 1/2 inch (1 cm) border around the edges.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Top with pickled red onion, olives, and artichoke hearts.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
