- β1/2 cup rich polish sauce
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 cup onion, chopped
- β2 cloves garlic, minced

- β1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon pepper
