Thai Chicken Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy Thai chicken stir fry that can be made in under 30 minutes. Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken Breast
- β2 tablespoons Rich Soy Sauceuse a high-quality soy sauce for best flavor
- β1 teaspoon Kenyan Red Pepper Flakesadjust to taste for spice level
- β1 tablespoon Chickpea Flouroptional for thickening
- β1 cup Stir Fry Vegetablessuch as bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas
- β1 tablespoon Cooking Oilsuch as vegetable or peanut oil
- β1 tablespoon Gingerminced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove chicken from wok and set aside.

Add more oil if necessary, then add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add stir fry vegetables and cook until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.

Add soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and chickpea flour (if using) to the wok and stir to combine.

Return chicken to the wok and stir to coat with sauce.
