Skillet Pork Carbonara
A classic Italian-American dish made with smoky pork, eggs, and parmesan cheese. Cooked to perfection in a skillet.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork chopsthick-cut
- β1 cup, shredded American cheese
- β Skilletfor cooking
- β4 slices Smoked baconcrumbled
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the crumbled bacon and cook until crispy.

Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.

Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.

Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in 2 cups of heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
