Sour Pickle Crumble
A tangy dessert combining the flavors of sour pickles with a sweet crumble topping.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Sour Picklesfinely chopped
- β1/2 cup Sugar
- β1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- β1/2 cup Cold Buttercut into small pieces
- β1/2 cup Crumble
- β1 Egg
- β1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the chopped pickles and sugar.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour and cold butter, using a pastry blender or your fingers to work it into a crumbly mixture.

Add the crumble to the bowl with the pickle mixture and stir until just combined.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
