Vegeta Bhuna Curry
A flavorful and spicy Indian-inspired curry made with vegeta and bhuna. Serve over rice or with naan bread.

- β1 cup Vegeta
- β2 tablespoons Bhuna
- β1 medium, diced Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1-inch piece, grated Ginger
- β1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- β1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- β1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- β1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β2 cups Water
- β1/4 cup Greek yogurtoptional

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onion is translucent.

Add bhuna and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add Vegeta, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
