Canadian Bannock Bake
A warm and comforting dessert inspired by traditional Canadian cuisine. This gooey bannock bake is perfect for a sweet treat.

- β1 package Bannock mixAvailable at most grocery stores or online
- β1/2 cup ButterSoftened
- β1/4 cup HoneyOptional
- β1/2 cup Brown sugarPacked
- β2 large EggsBeaten
- β1 cup MilkWarm
- β1 tsp Vanilla extractPure extract

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the bannock mix, brown sugar, and softened butter until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead a few times until it comes together.

Roll the dough out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Transfer the dough to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Drizzle the honey over the dough, if using.
