Harees with Wheat and Eastern Flair

Ingredients
- β1 cup Harees
- β2 cups Wheat Berries
- β1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- β1 tsp Middle Eastern Spices (Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric)
- βto taste Salt
- β4 cups Water
- β2 tbsp Ghee or Vegetable Oil
- βto taste Chopped Fresh Herbs (optional)

Instructions

Combine wheat berries, pumpkin puree, spices, salt, and water in a large saucepan.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the wheat is cooked and the liquid has been absorbed.

Add ghee or vegetable oil and stir to blend.
