French Bean Sprouts Tartine
A delicious tartine featuring French beans, sprouts, and a hint of yeasty flavor, perfect for a light lunch.

- ●1 cup, trimmed French beans
- ●1 cup, trimmed bean sprouts
- ●2 tbsp, softened yeasty spread
- ●1/2 cup, warmed ratatouille
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the French bread into 1-inch thick slices.

Toss the French beans and sprouts with 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
