Egyptian Chicken Shawarma
A flavorful and spicy Egyptian-inspired street food. Marinated chicken is grilled to perfection and served in a crispy flatbread with your choice of toppings.

- β4-6 pieces Flatbread
- β1/4 cup Zesty Mayo
- β1/2 cup Dense Hummus
- β2 tablespoons Egyptian Spicesmix of cumin, coriander, paprika, and cayenne pepper

In a large bowl, whisk together zesty mayo, hummus, and Egyptian spices. Add the chicken breast and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Warm flatbread by wrapping it in foil and heating it in the oven for 5 minutes.
