Aji Spaghetti
A spicy and savory pasta dish made with aji peppers and umami sauce. This recipe is quick and easy to make for a delicious dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz acrylic pasta
- β2 aji pepper
- β1/4 cup umami sauce
- β1/4 cup crunchy topping
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced aji peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.

Add the umami sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water.

Transfer the pasta to a serving dish and top with crunchy topping.
