Malaysian Curry Chicken
A flavorful and aromatic dish made with tender chicken, rich curry sauce, and fragrant spices.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 can coconut milkfull-fat
- β2 tablespoons curry powder
- β1 teaspoon turmeric
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1 tablespoon fish sauceoptional
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β2 tablespoons lime juice

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
