Pineapple Tart Adventure Bites
Sweet and tangy bites of pineapple and tart pastry, perfect for a snack.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, diced Pineapple
- β1 sheet, thawed Tart Pastry
- β1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- β2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
- β1 Egg, beaten
- βpinch Salt
- βas needed Water

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out tart pastry to a thickness of 1/8 inch. Cut into 1-inch squares.

In a small bowl, mix together sugar, melted butter, and beaten egg.

Place a spoonful of pineapple onto one half of each square, leaving a 1/2 inch border.

Brush edges with water and fold the other half of the pastry square over the filling.

Press edges to seal and use a fork to crimp. Cut a small slit in the top of each bite.

Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Allow to cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
