Pork and Slovakian Sausage Mexican Casserole
A twist on a classic casserole, featuring Slovakian sausage and pork in a Mexican-inspired dish.
Ingredients
- β1 lb, sliced Slovakian Sausage
- β1/2 lb Pork Ground
- β1 medium, diced Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β6-8, torn into pieces Tortillas
- β1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Paprika
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the Slovakian sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the ground pork to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the cumin and paprika.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage and pork mixture, tortillas, shredded cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
