Slovakian-Style Vegan Casserole
A hearty, satisfying casserole inspired by Slovakian cuisine, made with plant-based ingredients and no animal products.
Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, sauté the mushrooms and bell peppers until tender. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread, vegetable broth, sautéed mushrooms and bell peppers, parsley, and vegan sour cream alternative.

Stir in the Slovakian-style paprika.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
