Smoky Japanese Gratin
A smoky twist on the classic Japanese dish, with crispy topping and rich flavors.

- β2 cups, crumbled Casabe
- β1 packet French Onion Soup Mix
- β6 slices, diced Smoky Bacon
- β2 tablespoons Cozy Butter
- β1 cup, shredded Gratin Cheese
- β1/4 cup, chopped Green Onions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, mix together crumbled Casabe and French Onion Soup Mix.

In a separate pan, cook diced Smoky Bacon until crispy. Set aside.

In a large baking dish, spread a layer of Cozy Butter.

Add the Casabe mixture on top of the butter, followed by a layer of crispy Bacon.
