Smoky Keto Gratin
A low-carb, keto-friendly twist on the classic French dish. Smoky flavors from the bacon complement the creamy cheese.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, crushed Casabe
- β6 slices, chopped Bacon
- β1 cup, shredded Smoky Gouda
- β8 oz, softened French Cream Cheese
- β1 cup, shredded Gratin
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed casabe, shredded Smoky Gouda, softened cream cheese, and cooked bacon.

4. Spoon the mixture into a 9x9-inch baking dish.

5. Sprinkle the grated Gratin on top of the mixture.

6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
