Smoky Tofu Skewers
A simple and flavorful Chinese-inspired dish, featuring smoky tofu and vegetables, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 block Crispy Tofucut into bite-sized cubes
- β1 block Smoky Tofucut into bite-sized cubes
- β10-12 Croatian Skewerssoaked in water for at least 30 minutes
- β2 Bell Peppersany color, cut into large chunks
- β1 Onioncut into large chunks
- β1 cup Mushroomsbutton or cremini, cut into large chunks
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauceor to taste
- β1 tbsp Rice Vinegaror to taste
- β1 tsp Honeyor to taste
- β1 tsp Sesame Oilor to taste

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil.

3. Thread the tofu, bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

4. Brush the skewers with the soy sauce mixture and let them sit for at least 10 minutes.

5. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, or until they are lightly charred and the vegetables are tender.
