Keto Egyptian-Style Pilaf
A keto twist on traditional Egyptian pilaf, made with crunchy pilaf and topped with a creamy cottage cheese sauce.
Ingredients

- ●8 oz Cottage Cheeselow-fat
- ●1/2 cup Cheeseshredded, cheddar or parmesan
- ●1 Egg
- ●1 clove Garlic

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pilaf and cottage cheese.

Mix well until the pilaf is evenly coated with the cottage cheese.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

While the pilaf is baking, crack an egg into a bowl and mix with minced garlic.

Once the pilaf is done, remove it from the oven and top with the egg mixture.
