French Omelette with Spicy Kick

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a pinch of salt.

Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add a small amount of butter to the pan and let it melt.

Pour the eggs into the pan and let them cook for about 30 seconds.

Use a spatula to gently lift the edges of the omelette and tilt the pan so the uncooked egg can flow underneath.
