French Delight Date Tart
A sweet French tart filled with caramelized medjool dates and topped with a delight of powdered sugar. Perfect for a dessert or snack.
Ingredients

- β12 medjool dates
- β1 cup granulated sugar
- β1/2 cup unsalted buttermelted
- β1 eggs
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1 cup delight powdered sugarfor dusting

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out puff pastry and place on a baking sheet.

In a pan, caramelize the medjool dates with sugar and butter.

Roll out the puff pastry to fit the baking sheet.

Spread the caramelized dates on the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
