Golden Mushroom Pilaf
A flavorful, gluten-free pilaf dish featuring sautéed mushrooms and a hint of golden spices.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup pilafgluten-free
- ●2 tablespoons dutchDutch process cocoa powder
- ●1 teaspoon kissedgolden kissed sea salt
- ●2 tablespoons olive oilfor sautéing
- ●1 clove garlicminced
- ●to taste black pepper
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.

Add the pilaf to the skillet and stir to combine with the mushrooms and garlic.
